On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and balanced, with sweet, velvety tannins and a long, lingering finish. It pairs perfectly with roasted red meats, cured meats, and mature cheeses. It reaches its full potential when enjoyed between 16°C and 18°C. Alcohol content: 13.0%.
