Its palate is fresh, smooth, and balanced, with a medium body and sweet tannins. Its finish is long and persistent. It pairs perfectly with stews, cured meats, creamy cheeses, and game meats. It reaches its full potential when enjoyed between 16ºC and 18ºC. Alcohol Content: 14.0%.
